Building a strong foundation in Kannada

What if your child could read, write and speak Kannada independently?

What if your child could look at their Kannada textbook, understand what is written, follow the instructions and complete the exercise without waiting for someone to read, explain or translate it?

That is the kind of foundation we work towards at the Carmelite Learning Hub.

Kannada is more than learning letters. A strong foundation begins with the skills children need to recognise, understand, form and use the language with confidence.

What we build

We don’t ask children to simply memorise vowels and consonants. We build the skills underneath them — step by step. Tap through the journey.

Step 1 of 7

Pre-Writing Strokes

Basic lines, curves, patterns and pencil-control activities to prepare for writing.

Through age-appropriate activities, guided practice, repetition and meaningful learning experiences, we help children move through each stage with confidence.

We don’t rush children into reading and writing. We build the foundation that helps them get there confidently.

SpeakTacular English

Speak Better. Be Understood.

What if your child could speak English clearly and confidently?

Many children know English but hesitate to speak, struggle with certain sounds, or carry an accent that affects their clarity.

At the Carmelite Learning Hub, we help children develop clear, neutral and confident English pronunciation through phonetics, speech sounds, listening and spoken practice.

The goal

Not to change who they are or erase their identity — but to help them speak English clearly enough to be understood anywhere.
